ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Abbie. I hold a bachelor in Occupational Therapy, Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies and 300 hour yoga teacher qualification. 

​

I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for all to thrive in. I love to learn (life skill development) and creating connections in the community.

Life Skill Development

Sensory Processing

Sensory processing is how we process and organise the information that we receive from our environment (hearing, sight, touch, smell, taste and movement) as well as the information from our bodies (temperature, appetite, energy levels, breath and heart rate). Sometimes, we may have difficulty regulating our senses.
